Welcome to Tatooine! Here are some of the main creatures you see on the planet throughout the Star Wars saga. There are Rancors (the gray one has a seat for a rider), a Dewback, a Ronto, and a Bantha & a Massiff (for the sand people). The creatures are posable and can round out any desert diorama.

The rancors are native to dathomir and were domesticated by the night sisters. The rest are native

@@hiddendesire3076 the original rancors were on dathomir, but were spread across the galaxy, considering their presence on Koboh in Jedi: survivor. The Felucian ones could just be a more gentle vegetarian lineage, like elephants

Man, I'm so glad I'm not the only one who thinks the bantha has been neglected! It feels like such a tease that the games have these pre-mold designs but they've never released them in a set. I was really hoping for something after all their appearances in and , but all we really got was that micro version. I'm glad to see more people are tackling a MOC design for it.

They're all pretty lovely. Especially the Bantha is spot on. And I love the poseability of the Rancor. But I'm once again asking for Darth Maul's Scimitar.

I love the bantha! I would love to see Brickvault make a micro or nano scale model of the Leviathan Interdictor Cruiser from Knights of the Old Republic. A Mandalorian Basilisk War Droid model would be awesome too! And an A-9 Vigilance fighter first seen in the Dark Empire comics, and a K-wing bomber, and.... Man I have so many ideas 🤣

Rancor are native to three planets; Felucia, Tattooine and Koboh……so technically it can be used for Felucia if you make creatures from there.

I'm pretty sure Rancors are origionally from Dathomir, then the other places they are invasive species in. Though a variation of them does seem to be native to Felucia

@@Imperialofficer07 yup, in book of boba it was confirmed by the rancor tamer mentioning that the nightsisters rode them. And in Legends that was the case as well. The ones on Koboh were dropped accidentally by traders according to dialogue in Jedi Survivor, the ones on tatooine were both pets, the ones on Felucia were Jungle Rancors and if you look them up they are visually distinct and separate from the Dathomiri rancor

Technically, the Rancor aren't native to Tatooine. Jabba just had one given to him by a relative of his and kept it in the palace.
