LEGO TECHNIC 42122 Full sus & 4x4 RC MOD

This MOC is a modified version of the 42122 jeep Wrangler, a full-time 4x4 drive, and full-suspension RC version.

If you have 42122 set, only 162 additional parts are needed.
If you have an additional 42005 set, you only need to add 105 parts.
*front : rigid axle suspension, Rack & Pinion steer
*rear : regid axle suspension
*gear ratio : 1st 1.66:1 2nd 1.66:1 3rd 1.4:1 Final 3.88:1
*Full time 4x4 Drive
*1x PF L Motor, 1x PF Servo Motor, Buwizz or any receiver
*Openable Door & Hood
*strong climbing.
*The gear ratio can vary depending on the combination of gears.
You can change it in various ways, such as 1.4:1 , 1:1.2, 2.33:1
*The receiver can be easily removable, displayed separately, and used in other works only when necessary.
Buwizz, CaDA receiver, Lego ir receiver, s-brick, etc. can be applied as desired.

Bought the instructions and built the model. The model works ok on smooth surfaces, but on carpeting or rougher terrain, the motor doesn't have enough torque and begins to make clicking sounds due to the lack of power. Also, the chassis needs to be more rigid. After extended play, the body starts to become loose and the vehicle loses its stability. You have to kinda "push" everything back together again to regain the stability. Still I thank you for a good MOC. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I used a Buwizz 2.0 for the build and didn't change any of the default gearing setup Perhaps I will try rebuilding it and see if I messed something up on the first try.

Thank you for purchasing the instructions. I'm glad the instructions were easy to see. It was a little easier to make a low-torque and fast-paced model, but we made a lot of efforts to slow down and produce higher torque to make use of the advantages of 4WD. My ability was small in size and I couldn't complete it stronger and stronger. I finished it at the right time to play lightly. It is a lack of MOC, but thank you for writing honest comments. I will try to make a more complete MOC from now on. We're preparing a lot of fun small MOCs, so please keep an eye on them. Thank you.
