We bought a house next to a state Fair and yes the house listing did mention parking as a possible income. My first day I was in the middle of spray painting my $5 dollar sign, when someone just drove in and asked how much. I proceed to fill my lawn within 10 minutes! My neighbors just waited for the me to finish, then continued to fill up at $15 lol! I've since learned what to charge and try to get along with my neighbors 😅 For the record I did pass the 4th grade, but I was homeschooled... Sorry for the double comment on this episode, but I felt so seen when you started talking about parking I had to add something! Love the podcast! ❤❤❤ -Teddy

Great episode! We are a Lego family and have them all over the house. Legoland in Florida was really fun for our 8 year old and she was even able to build a section of a what would turn it a large sculpture of a parrot that would be on display in the park or hotel. The elevator at the Legoland hotel plays ABBA music and has flashing lights, disco party every ride. Lego is great fun, just like you guys! Keep up the great work.

Sean needs to be sure to watch this week's episode of Nateland. Joe Zimmerman is a guest, and he just gets up from the middle seat of their table, says he has to go to the bathroom, and leaves. And in another pro move, Joe comes back from the bathroom with a beverage and a snack. Be assertive. Sean! 😂❤

Great show guys, it's not going anywhere anytime soon. Hey I have a thought, I graduated w/ a degree in Marketing/Advertising, this was years ago, but more than once in certain classes we would present a company and give a presentation on their marketing strategies, etc... I was the only one who actually reached out to the company's marketing department told them what I was doing, and they sent me all kinds of product, and marketing materials. I got all kinds of stuff from Ford, and Pepsi Frito-Lay. I got A's (in those classes). Knowing what product you might have in the future, try to reach out to that company and see if you can get some swag for the set! Let me know if I can help!

Android vs iPhone... Worldwide Android has 70% of the market share. iPhone has 60% of the market share in the US. Why is this? Apple was first to market with the iPhone. But Android is much cheaper thus more accessible to less affluent countries than the US. Just goes to show you first isn't always best. From my Google Pixel 6 Android phone.
