I don't think molded goats would have worked for this set. Aside from looking awkward in front of such a large boat, they're supposed to be Tanngrisnir and Tanngnjóstr, the giant goats who pulled Thor’s chariot in Norse Mythology

I'm cool with the brick-built goats I just wish they went the Harry Potter route and gave them molded heads. Like I get it, it's Marvel the set will sell regardless but they look so uncanny especially the one with no ears

The fire extinguisher is probably there for lore reasons, as Asgard is now on Earth, therefore they legally make their money off of tourism. They need to include the fire extinguisher for legal safety precautions and reasons. Just my thought.

The goat piece mold was destroyed by LEGO. It was told by some LEGO designers in an interview a few yars ago, I believe. That's the reason they went from 20$ to 100$. They were already expensive but sinse LEGO designers can't use the same mold again, people just strated to want goats even more

@@Nasuto1702 they didn't make a new goat for lego city. Also, i posted this before those sets were shown and yesterday they showed the new castle that has a baby goat, not a full size one. And for the size of the boat, i think the old mold wasn't big enough. It probably would need to be 2 new molds with similar size to a horse

I like how lego did the sets for love and thunder. You have one set, not trying to be fancy, just a basic kids toy with some figures (the monster one) and one with better figs and build, that collectors will like (the goat boat) “perfectly balanced, as all things should be”

This set have some great value, nice minifigs and mostly useable parts through out the set. The molded goats would have looked awkward in this set, they're way too small compared to the size needed here. Those brick built goats look ridiculous and it's kinda cool!

They didn't need to do stickers or prints for the shields. The new Viking creator set has great shields using 4 half quarter tile pieces.

I dont understand why Gorr looks so bad. Unprinted legs and arms, and the body print is just a generic mummy torso. The head isnt even the same color as the body, and from every trailer so far Gorr doesnt have red eyes (he is supposed to be only monochromatic)

Its a hidden gem. Why? Well you have all the main characters of the movie in a cheap set. Instead of needing to buy more sets to get every figure. So yes this is an amazing set. Especially if you get it on sale.
