Great trees! Fun fact, a lot of pines will shed their lower branches as they get older as an adaptation to prevent brushfires from traveling up the trunk.

Fun Spanish Moss facts. A) it's closely related to the pineapple. Comes from the same family. B) it used to be used as stuffing for pillows, upholstery, bedding, mattresses, etc. Loved the peach trees.

Wow, I JUST finished watching your last big tree video, so this is a pleasant surprise. Always happy to learn more about LEGO foliage. EDIT: In the future, I'd LOVE to see a video on fruit trees. Stuff LEGO has existing fruit pieces for, like apples, bananas, etc.

I live in the south. Whenever my grandma would visit from the California valley (grew up in Bakersfield which is basically a desert surrounded by oil pumpjacks) she always marveled that there were “just trees, everywhere!” I love all the tree variety here, obv the palmettos and various pines and the old wide oak trees in the middle of a field that make you want to read a book. Magnolias, dogwood, crape myrtle, cyprus, even the cherry trees up in DC. And Florida’s a whole other thing. Would love to see all of these in lego, in all the seasons too

Fan from Georgia here. I've got a ton of the pines in my yard and you did a great job capturing them. Live oak was gorgeous too. One recommendation: a lot of the older live oaks have moss and other plants growing on the branches, maybe add some color or texture there to represent that. Great video!

Those trees look really nice! Good technique for strengthening the foliage with those small branch pieces! I've seen it being used also in the Lego tree house set. It really makes a big difference!

You should try playing with brown twisted skeleton arms (93061) together with the plant stem pieces (37695) and a round hollow 1x1 at the bottom of each leaf. Makes for some really great looking bonsai branches :) But they are kind of expensive though, but you could make birch trees using the white skeleton arms :)

What a coincidence! I recently noticed how much Georgia pine lumber is available. And now I understand why long pieces of lumber come from this very tree. I made a video last night about my kitchen renovation plans. So, check it out and you will see how bad and ugly my kitchen is. I haven't made anything with Lego in about six weeks but I will very soon. My dust extractor and a huge load of lumber is arriving tomorrow, and a video of my workshop is coming next week if I'm lucky. We're having one hell of a cold spell over here. It's difficult getting motivated when it's cold AF. I love the way you make such accurate Lego recreations of trees! TTYL!

Oh and I would like to see you make both Florida Cyprus trees and something I see every day, aspens like we have in my neighborhood. That oak is awesome! The way the branches bend under their own weight like perfectly cooked bacon is pretty cool!

Trees in official Lego sets are nice and all, but they are without fail spindly and fragile, and non-specific, which can be a little bit limp and disappointing. They definitely need to hire you to show them how it's done.

The issue with all the fan-created trees, which _are_ beautiful and sturdy, is they're also _incredibly_ piece-dense, so if Lego tried to include more than 1 of these trees in a set the price would skyrocket
