In this update, I start constructing my custom LEGO Boutique Hotel modular building using 3 sets! The building sits on 2 baseplates and is a double corner. I feel like it is off to a good start and I look forward to continuing working on it.

Hey Bricksie! Just wanted to let you know that seeing this vid pop up has made my entire day! The boutique hotel was the first real set I bought that got me back into legos and it’s easily my favorite Modular. So seeing a full vid / multi part vids / on your unique take on this fantastic build makes me so happy. I know it may take a toll on you uploading constantly especially with your growing family, but people like me sincerely appreciate all that you do for us. You’re truly the best Lego content creator on the platform in my eyes and I just really love all that you do. You truly inspire me. Take care 🖤

Hey Bricksie, the hotel looks great. Also, I commented in another video recently, and I just wanted to bring that up again here: Over by the pillar you should make the water turn into a small beach. Then make a beach resort high rise around the pillar instead of the colorful bricks. This will make that area a lot more realistic and add a lot to the city. I love your videos, keep up the great work!

Hey Jordan, a tip you can use when creating your own layout and incorporating a large tile feature. Create it on a separate plate, 8x8 or whatever fits, and move it around as a unit until you settle on its exact spot.
