i say use the custom wolverine torso, put redular tan arms, the 2012 head, the cmf hair, and the 2012 legs to make what i think looks EXACTLY like what lego wouldve done if they made it this year.

Even though i do own the original deadpool, i decided to order the one released recently by firstartoys. Just looked so good imo, i’d be surprised if they don’t release a custom wolverine in the next few weeks either!

Plus, the good thing about FireStarToys Deadpool is that it only costs like *$30* compared to the *$200* for both of these & it’s ready to ship immediately once you order it unlike the expensive ones which are a *9 month* wait time before you get your order in the mail.

@@ComicBoy750 exactly! I know some people don’t like the different printing method that firestar uses compared to lego as the print is ever so slightly raised, but you soon get used to how it looks and doesn’t stand out unless you look really closely.

Ok, my one issue with these customs shown in the video is they aren’t any cheaper than the official Lego Deadpool minifigure which is the main thing with customs that appeals to me the most & the main reason I get them over official Lego minifigures. (PS5 & Symbiote Spider-Man for example) FireStarToys has a great Deadpool for ~$30 which is way cheaper than either of these 2 shown in the video & a more accessible price to the average fan. Plus, the good thing about FireStarToys Deadpool is it’s ready to ship immediately once you order it unlike the *$200* ones which are a *9 month* wait time before you get your order in the mail.

i understand Firestar are making a really good Deadpool, I've checked it out based on the comments here as i had no idea they were making one, and it looks great, but its still uv printed and I would prefer my customs to printed the same as LEGO also these where ready to go no pre order at all, custom company's are listening to the feedback from videos like this :) appreciate the comment

I still have mine in pretty good condition :3 mine has a tiny bit of the black on his mask at the bottom smudged but other than that no cracks no sneers I love my Deadpool ❤ I put him with my marvel legends as a lil baby

I am a mostly purist but can see the reason people love customs, because often with purist figures they might not have the level of accuracy and detail people want, that being said would not the closest wolverine to the one in the film be the one that came from the set that dead pool came in? The photos of him that you showed look way more like that one then the cmf version. Would love to hear you thoughts on that. Also one other random question. You stated in the video that you were going to sell your 2004 Tobey spider man, I have all 3 versions of him from LEGO and is the 2004 figure not the most accurate to the film? The spider man symbol is 100% accurate to spider man 2 and the head has the correct webbing pattern. I understand the eye shape but I still think the original is. Slightly more accurate. I was just a little confused because you buy custom figures for there accuracy. Maybe a video on that? Again would love to hear your thoughts on both of these things. Great video buy the way glad you compared to official figures.

They are good looking minifigures but they are way too expensive yes I understand that PAD printing is expensive. Around the time of Deadpool 1 I made a custom Deadpool using permanent markers but I now paint my own customs when I find good characters to make so I will be making a new Deadpool custom using paint and 3D elements hopefully Micromee will release his version of deadpool so that I can take the unpainted ones to paint myself

I understand the frustration but to be clear these figures are $200 for the set ($100 each) I understand there are companies out there making similar/ cheaper figures like Firestar but pad printing is always more expensive due to the process of making them, I'm also not sent figures for these videos like Lego Ambassadors are sent most sets, I pay for a lot of the figures I review & show off on the channel its only in some cases they offer to send stuff out for me to take a look at and its more about showing you guys what LEGO Could/Might do in the future :D
