In regards to the AAT set, I would much rather have a more affordable set with great minifigures and a mediocre design than an $80 set with one or two more minifigures with an amazing design. LEGO had a budget to work with and I think they did an acceptable job, even if the AAT has inaccuracies.

Dakota Saxe Hahaha dude, I literally JUST BOUGHT THREE OF THEM AS WELL, a few days ago 😂😭 Three 501st BP's + the two Star Wars Brick Sketches, in order to get the $150-cap Ice Skating promo thing. I was thinking the same thing! I live in Norway, but since around the start of December, they've actually been "available now" on the LEGO site - which they never are; because if they're not "temporarily sold out", then they're always just on "back order" with like a month of waiting-time, or something... So I just HAD to get some of them, when I saw that new promo for December, before it was too late :P so that means I was able to get a few of them before Christmas, which is nice - will be building them during the holidays.

I see I'm one of the minority that absolutely adores the Grievous Starfighter. I know it was needlessly pricey but I adore the ship and the build and also have never owned a 212th trooper. Also liked the blue AAT once I shortened the turret

I would certainly put the landspeeder lower than the Grievous star fighter. I mean yeah poncho Luke is cool and the landspeeder is improved but we’ve had so many of those and this one uses STICKERS for the vents on the front making it look lazy and flat there. I guess easy to rectify but that’s not the point. I would take the Grievous ship minifigs any day over the landspeeder ones. I’m also wondering if Obi wan’s torso was used here as like “battle damage” from the fight with Grievous and being hunted by the clones but think that’s just a happy accident and still Lego was lazy there.

There's nothing wrong with re-issuing figures from more expensive sets and offering a more affordable version. These are primarily made for children, which some people lose sight of.

Charles Poitras Right now, in Norway, I could probably get one for around 70 USD at the lowest (although now I think the price has shot up again, a little bit, to about $77), however I believe it used to be around 85-90 USD back when it first came out (some places closer to 95-100 USD as well....) I'll probably get it myself once the price is down at like 65-70 USD maybe, we'll see 🤷🏼‍♂️ that's probably the lowest it'll ever go imo

There should have been 3 Sith troopers and one jet trooper in the Sith trooper Battlepack. This would follow the minifigure structure of the 501st Battlepack. The officer minifigure should then have been put into the Tie dagger as an exclusive minifigure

I think if you add numbers it would be easier to follow where sets stand.Especially with lists with lots of sets like this one. Seeing a set is placed as 15 out of 35 gives more idea about how it compares than just somewhere in the middle of the list.

As much as I love the five-oh-first Battle Pack I think my favorite set of the year is still the razor crest. Printed I will be replacing the Mandalorian minifigure from that set with the one that comes in the set coming out in January but overall I think a razor Crest Nails the look and the feel of the ship from the show. Plus baby Yoda and I G 11.

The AAT doesn’t even match up because the 332nd trooper never even see an AAT. So the scenario doesn’t fit. They should’ve put Ahsoka and the 332nd trooper in something with Mandalore. Hopefully they’ll have a Siege on Mandalore set with Ahsoka and Maul in 2021

I love how if they would've made a green Anakin's jedi starfighter, which needed a remake before this one, the Anakin minifig would've been okay. They also could have added in an exclusive separatist leader, and added $10. It was just a poor choice to me, and just doesn't make any sense.

The interceptor I can argue is pretty good. I’ve wanted it for a long time but I do agree with the figures part of it. The aat I want and I know it’s not the most accurate but that’s ok the figs are worth it and the build too in my opinion. You have a great channel and are killing it keep It up with what you love.

The most important Thing is that you enjoy it. Dont Worry too much about the opinions here but maybe you learn to evaluate Lego Sets differently in the future. It is a toy first of All. I would have loved 1 or 2 of the AATs when I was a kid.
