So Zoey and Francis are still alive, from what I see, everyone that were in the blue truck when first leaving are either missing or dead (excluding the guy with the cap who pointed out the police cruiser after killing the bandits), and there will be scenes in the subway, likely where the military will be evacuating again, and that is likely the last train, and knowing what happened in the middle of outbreak 3, the military will be using this or the next train to pull out as well, or those are some final soldiers and are going to be overrun
