For all those asking, various sites sell these, including Walmart in various combinations between 8 and 17 piece collections from what I found. However, they are not Lego brand, they are custom made and compatible with Lego, but are not actually licensed or made by Lego. They also make custom Bleach and Demon Slayer minifigs from what I have seen. Although the boxes are not really numbered to show what character is in the package, you are guaranteed to not get any duplicates and will know which ones you are getting when you order, so they aren’t true “blind packs” either.

@@Michaelmedina09 I don't think violence is the issue, I think it's a lack of perspective. Anime often leaves most people who don't know any better, thinking it's a 'kids show' and comparing it to 'cartoons', so there's this conflict of interests where they can't exactly make One Piece (or other anime) sets as a range because it's not kid friendly, but at the same time adults aren't really interested in an entire range. If it was released under the ICONS line, they might only make a few sets, which is not something a lot of Anime companies would go for, as we can see that they would flood the market with anything Anime related if given the chance. I also don't think LEGO are very in tune with Anime, as we can see in their Exoforce range. They always want to take an idea and 'make it their own' (I think to avoid licensing) ,but then the story to back it up is an afterthought to the toys. As a kid I played out all my favorite shows using LEGO. Even watching Highlander I had a lot of LEGO heads lying around and a big sword built into the back of a moc car. Being an AFOL is a fairly recent idea, so it's not really a surprise that the idea of adults and Anime is still a blurry topic for them. Almost like they have double standards. 'You can be an AFOL, but don't like Anime coz it's for kids...'

Agreed and fair point. It’s too bad though because the market in Japan is all about anime adults and kids alive. If they had it region specific they could atleast test it out and see what kind of following it would get. I saw an amazing instagram of someone who made a Lego thousand sunny. Blew my mind and told myself id pay $1000 for that.
