Legoland Florida SURPRISE & the best strategy for a one day visit!

We had an extra day in Orlando, so we decided last minute to surprise the kids with a Legoland Florida visit! They have been begging to go back to Legoland for a while...ever since Kellan started getting into Legos a few years ago. They were SUPER excited! It was a really great day, and I think our strategy for tackling all of the major rides definitely paid off! We hope you enjoy this FUN video!

Honestly, the Legoland hotel was my favorite part. If you ever go again, I would recommend staying at the hotel right next to the park.

Hi, what hotel did you all stay at? Was it close to the resort? My son and I are planing to. Is it in another week but I’m not sure where to stay at a low cost

We were staying in Orlando and going to Legoland was just a last minute decision, but if we were planning again I would either stay on property or at the Courtyard by Marriott across the street! In this video you can actually see the Courtyard on the right as we are driving up, and I even mention it. It’s is a fairly new hotel (within the last couple of years, I believe). Have fun!!

Is is possible to do the dry and wet rides all in one day? I see you guys finished 30mins before closing

We aren’t fans of trying to do dry parks & water parks in one day, but maybe you could do it if you arrive at opening and there are later park hours. When we went they closed pretty early so I don’t think that would have been a good idea.

What day of the week did ya'll go? I'm not sure if i want to get us fast passes. And it looked pretty empty in this video. Also, they allow outside food? I know some parks don't. Thanks for the great video!

Hi! We were there on Sunday, May 2. I can’t imagine buying the FastTrack after our experience, but things may have picked up since we were there. I can only recall one family using it that day! I’m sure there had to have been more, but that’s all I noticed. And yes, they allow outside food but check the website for any restrictions. We just had one of those small soft coolers containing sandwiches. We did end up purchasing a refillable cup for drinks. I hope this helps, and thanks for watching! ~ Ashley
