Do they sell key rings, or lighters anywhere? (In Legoland or airport?) like tourist gifts also fridge magnets???

They do have lots and lots of keyrings available of the different minifigs and they also do some legoland fridge magnets as well within the shops at the park also postcards Pens etc.... i think they might have some keyrings on a small stand at the lego shop within the airport as well.

do you need to buy tickets to legoland to access the shop or is it open to the public?

you might be able to access the shop and then leave but have to pay and get a refund when you exit within a certain time but you would have to check first you have 6 different locations for lego shops within walking distance from each other in billund
