Yes, they will hold the opening ceremony here. The sitting capacity is 20,000

Nigeria hosted this competition 21 years ago with brand new 60,000 capacity stadium and brand new Olympics games village complex. Fast foward 21 years later Ghana is presenting National secondary school sports standard facility for the continent of Africa. Shame to Ghana and Ghanaians. This is mediocre.. Shame on Ghana.
