i like the dub because the way it's translated in sub doesn't give as much. like the "please stop" from this, and then the begging of "please stop i can't take it ", and then the "i am in love with you " from dub, vs the "i love you" in this video gives off two completely different vibes. dub gives so much more emotion. compare the two and watch them side by side because the way i like this scene too much lol.

Original dub always felt out of place for me, like and after thought compared to the english one. While some voices do sound better on the Japanese dub (not legoshi's) the english one packed such emotion into it, most of the main cast did a bang up job. The main three legoshi, haru and Rui (i think? Forgot how to spell his name) are amazing, Rui sometimes comes off a little over dramatic but that's what he does! He acts! So it makes sense. Legoshi feels like a guy who's been on the down low for a while and you can hear it in his voice (The sudden change of tone every once in a while gives us a fun peek at what he could have been if his life was different) and haru just sounds like "THAT GIRL" y'know? The one who has an super unique voice and look to her, someone you could easily pick out of a crowd in most situations. Anyway it's a great anime even though it can be a little wacky with it's sudden changes of vibes. (Like from season 1 being about love drama with a slice of life on a strange society to season 2 becoming a training montage with side stuff happening just to beat one guy)
