This is the first workout I’ve been able to fully complete and I’m so proud of myself. This isn’t too hard for me to where I want to quit less than halfway through. Thank you for making actual beginner friendly routines, I really appreciate it.

I've started going to the gym now that I'm on my holidays (school half-terms) and hope to continue going after work in the new year, and whilst searching for workout videos, I came across yours and they are AMAZING. I'm obsessed with all your videos and I'm going to try and follow this in my session tomorrow! Thankyou!! Just a quick question.... In a gym session, would you recommend choosing specific days for specific workouts (e.g. - Monday is arms, Tuesday is back, Wednesday abs) or would you try and do full body workouts each session? Just starting out and want to really dedicate myself to the gym to achieve my goals! Xxx
