il miracolo l ha fatto tutta la squadra,ogni giocatore ha espresso il 100% del proprio potenziale in quasi ogni partita(una cosa irreale),il gruppo era fortissimo grazie all incredibile salvezza dell anno precedente, la fortuna gli ha dato una mano un bel po di volte e Ranieri è stato esemplare nella gestione mentale dei giocatori e nel dare una tattica ordinata e conservatrice...un insieme di eventi svoltosi contemporaneamente che raramente si vede in un periodo cosi lungo. Yes. A great achievement. But still pales in comparrison to Notts Forest under Brian Clough : Won the 2nd Division and were promoted. Nezt season won the 1st Diision. Next season won the European cup and then in the following season retainded the European cup. All of that on a team with an average attendance of 16,000 fans. That will NEER happen again.

Ranieri ha fatto cose straordinarie prima del Leicester: 1) Coppa Italia con la Fiorentina quando era un trofeo dificilissimo 2) Ha costruito le basi per il Valencia di Cuper e Benitez 3) Ha costruito le basi per il Chelsea di Mourinho 4) Salvezza Parma contro ogni pronostico 5) Portato una Juventus con elementi piuttosto modesti (Grygera, Mellberg, Molinaro in difesa, Sissoko in centrocampo, Amauri in attacco) in Champions. E anche ha avuto la meglio sul Real Madrid due volte ed ha perso per un cartellino rosso contro il Chelsea che passerebbe alla storia per essere derubato dal Barcellona e Ovrebo... 6) Roma 2009/2010 Ranieri meritava questo titolo come pochi.
