The feeling I have is actually opposite to fear, I feel connected to the place I am and more aware about what's going on around as if the earth were speaking through the animals, the streams in the river antecipating rain, the smells of fresh new days... This music makes it easy to let internal fights go and be present

​@@aBANDIT.I completely understand what you say. I listen that music quite often, but every time, I feel that it brings me to a two-sided path. I feel that it could lead me to the brightest, but also to the darkest, as I am the only who can decide. I guess I'll have to practise in dark places, within a short time, longer and longer, to appreciate it completely (because the energy felt must be totally different during the night).

I had an NDE exactly on Summer Solstice 2018. I was very ill. 3 years prior I had the first NDE where I went to what was described to me as Yggdrasil. It was profound. After I returned, I have been seeing Elder and Younger Futhark runes and having visions and dreams about Norse mythology ever since. I don’t know what to make of this but it is incredible. I am from a totally different country and culture. I never knew this existed prior to all this. Whatever the reason, this is my path.

Thank you for this...when I meditated I visualized a cold, winter forest with a deep frozen lake taking up the entire space of an open glade. I sat down and looked up - Verđandi was sitting opposite to me across the lake. She lifted her hand and cast a weave out of spool - the Web of Wyrd symbol. She pushed her hand forward and my own Web was thrust inside my soul. My örlog passed through me - the past, present, and future of my collective ancestry - spiraling through every blood vessel and passing through every inch of me. It was overwhelming. Just before I ended the visualization I thanked Verđandi.

Says it's been a year since you posted this, I would like to add some advice. When you're meditating and get strong visuals like that, do not be afraid to ask to slow down. It helps keep the overwhelming feelings down, allowing you to process everything at a much more manageable rate. Skål my friend

@@ChildOfTheShaman Just go with your feelings. There are no set rituals, it's all subjective. You can make an offering of Mead or Whiskey, and maybe some Asparagus. Light a candle, burn some incense, put this music on and just sit quietly and connect with him. It's not difficult and you can't get it wrong!
