hey leigh! our house was built in 1909 & has unfinished floors that we just have to oil all the time. lemon oil is the go to and get one of those rag mops! our cats scratch it a ton but scratches are easily covered back up again when we oil them over! great vlog!!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼

Girl! I have been there with plaster ceilings and 100+ year old dust. My parents put back together a farmhouse from 1820. My sisters and I spent years lugging plaster, lathe, and dust out to the garbage bins. Wuf. The new space looks amazing!

Also, oil floors, keep them clean with Murphy's Oil Soap. It doesn't strip out the oil in the floor. You'll need to polish them from time to time, but they will get slippery!

Hey Leigh maybe a bit late but here in Chile we use wax for wood floors to touch them up and then you only need to wait till dry and polish the floor and it last for a long time 🙌🏼 you can either polish with an old clothe or a machine ✨

I moved to the same apartment building as a friend of mine and she pretty much hangs out at my place every evening.
