It’s hot in Florida so in shorts all the time. Debating between this and the concealment carry belt but thanks for the review. Now time to decide

I think the concealment belt might be the over all more sturdy option. But this clip on belt may be more comfortable and simple. I even wear this clip on belt with jeans or dress pants and feels really comfortable and minimalistic. Thanks for stopping by!

Not sure I know understand this. If the sweat pants can't hold up a rig, wouldn't the added weight of a half belt just make it worse?

If your sweatpants doesn’t have any strings and fits loosely on you, then this still might be an issue, but if your sweatpants has strings, it works great, and it stays secured. The rigid part of the clip helps stabilize the flexibility of the sweatpants, but let’s say you’re wearing sweatpants with no strings to tighten it, it will not work properly. And honestly tightening your strings on your sweatpants doesn’t make it any less comfortable my opinion. it’s a pleasure caring my rig around with sweatpants. I do it all the time specially living in the PNW.
