Ingredients:
How to make Modakam ( Sukhiyan )
Green gram ( Cherupayar ) - 11/4 Cup
Water - 2 1/2 Cup
Jaggery - 250 gm - 350gm
Water - 1/4 Cup
Grated Coconut - 11/2 Cup
Cardamon powder - 1/2 - 1tsp
Ghee - 1tsp
Maida ( All Purpose Flour ) - 2 Cup
Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt( according to taste )
Egg - 1 nos
Water - 11/4 Cup + 2 tbs
Oil( For Frying )
