Thank you very much for these patterns and tutorials! I haven't sewn for years, and now I would like to make doll clothes for my granddaughters. They have the "Mix My Medicine" doll and the "Shimmer and Splash Mermaid" doll. I think they may be a touch bigger than the little dolls? Will these pattern work? Or will I need to add a little bit all the way around the patterns? Thank you!!

Your welcome! These bloomers should work. I am not positive on your doll sizes I'm thinking they are no bigger than 14". You can measure from head to feet. The dolls I used are 12" tall waist is 8" and thighs are 4 1/2" The boomers have room to spare so if your doll is 9" in waist it will fit. I believe the thighs and waist on your Granddaughters dolls and my demo dolls are pretty close in size.

I used to believe in singer but I recently bought one at Walmart for less than $99 can't remember the model but wanted it for my granddaughter. I ended up returning it after I tried it out. It was cheaply made sewed very loud. stitching was terrible. I would say go to a sewing store and test it before you buy.

its really hard to say it depends on the waist and if the legs are bigger I would just make one and go from there if you need to make it bigger
