When you created the groove in the connecting rod, you used extrude cut with draft. However, that creates an angled cut of the whole sketch whereas the drawing seems to indicate that only the top and bottom faces of the groove should be angled.

Why don't you just draw a center line and mirror the pieces?

I already make significant money with my solidworks models so nice try. The only one mad here is the old dog who can't grab the concept of new tricks. I mean if you can't tell the difference between a sketch fillet and a feature fillet then you might as well throw in the towel now because that's blatantly obvious.
