Coconut cake is the simplest thing I have prepared recently. Not only is it simple, but it's also delicious.
Coconut cake is literally whipped up and baked.
If you wish, you can decorate with creams or follow my example.
I just sprinkled some coconut. And that's it. Really effortless to the perfect dessert.
This cake is extremely juicy, in addition to coconut you will feel a light note of citrus. Be sure to try it.
I baked for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
I used a 24 cm mold.
Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- 8 full spoons of sugar
- 3 vanilla sugars
- 250 g of sour cream with more fat
- 120 g of butter
- 150 g of coconut
- 4 flat spoons of flour
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- zest of 1 lemon
- coconut for sprinkling
