2 gr of baking powder (1/2 tsp).
2 g of baking soda (1/2 tsp).
1/4 tsp salt
⏩Tips and Recommendations:
1.You can let the cookie dough rest for at least an hour or leave the dough in the refrigerator overnight.
2. It is necessary to pass the balls of dough in granulated white sugar first so that the design is more noticeable, if they are passed only in icing sugar it will not be noticed, this happens with this type of cookies that are not chocolate.
3. The egg is what will give the color to the cookies, so I recommend using organic or ranch eggs, if you can't and your dough doesn't look yellow, you can add a little yellow food coloring.
