𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
140 g caster sugar
10 g lemon zest (approx.1 lemon)
80 g unsalted butter, diced
100 g lemon juice (approx. 2 lemon)
2 eggs
𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
1️⃣ Place sugar and lemon zest in mixing bowl, grind 10 sec/speed 10.
2️⃣ Add butter, lemon juice and eggs, without measuring cup, cook 13 min/90°C/speed 2.
3️⃣ Insert measuring cup and mix 10 sec/speed 6. Transfer to 2 glass jars with screw-top lids, leaving approx. 5 mm. Make sure that the rims of the jars are clean and close immediately. Leave to cool before serving or storing in fridge (see tip).
