I tried this. Turned out really well! The flavour is very close to a well made Aglio olio pasta (suji). I usually add a lot of veggies in maggie to decrease relative quantity of maida. With this recipe we concentrate the quantity of maida. That's the only problem. This is the only reason I'd stick to maggie + lot of veggies combination when craving hits. And go for Aglio olio (with some lemon) for similar taste and healthier alternative.
