Greetings from Lingling Ponpon born from White Kitchen MRK. I have been in Japan for 8years. From the first step of my life in Japan, I was changed a lot including communication and etiquette. Lemongrass chili oil
Ingredients
ម្ទេសហុយ​ / Chili flake -------------100g
ម្ទេសស្រស់​ /​ Fresh chili------------ 50g
ម្ទេសកូរ៉េ​ / Korean chili flake------- 20g
គល់ស្លឹកគ្រៃ​ / Lemongrass ---------100g
ខ្ទឹមក្រហម​ / Shallot ----------------50g
ខ្ទឹមស​ / Garlic--------------------- 40g
ផ្កាចាន់​ ឬ​ ប៉ូចកាក់​ / Star anise------- 2-3
ស្ករស​ / Sugar--------------------- 3Tbs
ទឹកត្រី​ / Fish sauce---------------- 3Tbs
ម្សៅស៊ុបជ្រូក​ / Pork powder soup--- 1Tsp
ប្រេងឆា​ / Oil---------------------- 400ml
