Honestly, I would be *unreasonably* furious with him as well. Being turned against my will is one thing, the whole matter of going against my wishes and repeated want to just go on to live a mortal life. Not to mention feeling and knowing full well immortality is a curse and the fact he's treating it like he did me a favor would make my blood boil. ESPECIALLY being someone that had long since had others *constantly* making decisions for me and disrespecting *my* agency and willfully ignoring my boundaries. And if we were close and had been together for that time, he likely would have *known* and it wouldn't be only a betrayal of my trust but also just another thing taken from me.
