I had them check out a 2005 BMW X5 in NJ for me. They got out there within 24 hours of me placing the order. The report was crazy detailed. The inspector took close up pictures of every dent, ding, and scratch. The car is actually in far better shape than the report made it sound. There were tons of pictures. Each tire and wheel from the side, at the tread, and with a tread depth gauge on them. There were a couple of inactive stored error codes which was documented. The Carfax showed when the cause of these was repaired. When I received the car the high beams were not working but anyone who knows BMWs knows about the intermittent Light Control Module issues in older cars. They work on and off and were probably ok during the inspection. It's an easy fix too. Their report allowed me to quickly grab up an very nice car without driving two and a half hours one way. Very happy with Lemon Squad and will definitely use them again.

Beware! I had of these done and they missed so many problems it is hard to believe! The side mirror driver’s side was broken and flopped around. The convertible hydraulic cylinder leaked. There was damage to the bumper not noticed. The license plate holder had a bolt rusted that had to be cut off. Etc etc. when I called to report these issues no one would take my call. Avoid these clowns like the plague!

Pretty bad when they get a upfront guy like Chris Jacobs and pay him to say Lemon Squad is the best But you can't get him to endorse them on Social Media

almost all Lemon Squad ratings are a "1". Pom is well respected. Buying from dealer is the best, with their inspection system.

I had a short time line as the seller was traveling out of country for a month. The original time estimate was 3-4 days, but upon appeal they worked it in for the next day after I ordered. Everyone was helpful and courteous. I highly recommend and will use them again.
