Not to often you see a local Albertan doing reviews 🤘 I was thinking about grabbing a pair of these boots (specifically the black vegan mod), how have they worked out for you after a year?

Yes a fellow Albertan 🙌🏼 they are AMAZING! They’ve lasted great, especially in the snow and mud. If anything they’ve worn perfectly to mould my feet. We picked up a pair for my husband last winter too and he wears his almost everyday - he loves them!

Hi! I did not make a video update - but I can tell you I absolutely LOVE them. So much so that I actually purchased a pair for my husband and he loves his as well. Very waterproof, light weight, and have lasted almost two full Canadian winters now.

Hi Brian! I wear socks with mine and don’t find they get hot or clammy. Some people wear them bare feet, I don’t feel they would breath enough for that. Hope that helps!

I still love them! They have been great for day hikes, and traveling. VERY lightweight and waterproof, my husband even purchased a pair and he loves his as well.

I have read a couple reports that the waterproof version is not actually waterproof. Have you had any problems with wet feet while wearing these?

Hey there! No problems with wet feet at all! I’ve been wearing non stop in the snow and slush and haven’t noticed any water getting through. Hope that helps!

They're definitely not waterproof. I had Lems replace a pair under warranty as water was soaking through the membrane into the boot after ~1 month of light wear. Second pair had the same problem. Didn't bother with the warranty at that point. I held the second pair underwater to see if i could feel the origins of the leak and it was clearly coming in from the seams of the membrane. I think if you're using them in snow and slush like Alex, you're probably fine, but i live in the PNW and walking through wet grass and slushy ground causes a total infiltration of water. It's definitely related to a poorly designed or constructed membrane. They are very comfortable, though.

@@claystil1 Hi there! So sorry this has been your experience with the shoes!! I’ve been wearing mine steady for a couple months now and had no issues, but as I mentioned it’s really just slushy and snowy conditions for me. Thanks for your comment!
