Fumikado and Para aren't relatives, but rather Fumikado STOLE Para's body. This is the Fumikado's human body, and Fumikado's soul is in Para's Homunculus body. Fumikado is kind of a dick.

The Para you see here is fully human, since that's Fumikado's body with Para's soul. Fumikado's soul was transferred into a homunculus made from a demon child's corpse - Para's corpse. Besides, he didn't actively steal it. 'twas his grandfather.

Fumikado was kind of a dick, considering what happened to Para and Chouki. But it seems Chouki's death did change them for the better....

Chouki's death was a misunderstanding mostly, but Fumikado didn't really make it clear that they dismissed Chouki because they felt they had already asked too much of them.
