We're all aware of the fact that Lena Kieran Luthor is the strongest character in this show and a hero.

I love how you seperate each character and show their journey over the six seasons. Whether it’s Kara’s battle with being an alien in a human world, or Alex’s battle with being a protector with an alien sister whilst trying to retain her humanity, or Lena’s battle with being a good person with a Luthor upbringing. Your edits make this show so much more powerful and relatable through their characters than the Supergirl show ever did. Thank you for showing what an impactful universe this could have been and letting us enjoy that through your work.

Goodness gracious this hit me hard right in the feels. When I saw you did a new edit on Lena, I just had to watch immediately and you didn't disappoint. This is a true work of art! I love many of your videos I watched and this one is no exception. Absolutely chilling and mind-blowing! Lena is such a beautifully, flawed and tragic character and brilliantly portrayed by Katie. Katie gives her character so many layers, depth, substance, complexity and a touch of humanity. She has a great range of emotions and very expressive in her acting even without dialogue and you can feel what Lena goes through and can't help but sympathize and root for her. I don't care what the writers try to do, I will NEVER believe Lena is evil given all the good she's done and how she's helped others, including Kara. And LASTLY, that was some UNBELIEVABLE MASTERCLASS ACTING by Melissa and Katie! Oh my goodness, I am dumbfounded, speechless and shook to the core over that reveal scene. There are no words to express how incredible it was and Melissa and Katie played it beautifully. It was raw emotion, riveting, compelling, poignant, heartbreaking and too beautiful for words. They deserve ALL the kudos, recognition and awards for THAT SCENE!!! I will NEVER get over it and the episode because it was absolutely amazing and I'm still dying from the feels. Like you, it's definitely one of my favorite scenes that's happened on the show. The dialogue/writing is surprisingly good but then again one of the co-writers who written for 5x01 also co-written 1x08...the very episode where Kara/Supergirl confronted the hologram of her mother and that raw and emotional scene w/ the line she gave..."You left me! You left me alone! You sent me away! How could you do that?!?". Another one of my favorite performances by Mel...absolutely riveting! But again, this is amazing! Absolutely brilliant and you did such a beautiful job showing Lena's character arc thus far. Like the title, I don't believe Lena is a villain. She's more a beautifully, flawed and tragic character who is emotionally damaged by the trauma and scars of her past and has deep-rooted issues w/ trust and honesty and you did a brilliant job conveying that.

Thank you! I think the combining of music and a theme is the most important part of the process. There’s one of two ways I choose music. I have a playlist of songs that I want to edit with. So I’ll either pick a theme I feel like editing and then search through those songs to see which will suit it best. Or in the case of this particular edit, I didn’t have a theme or character in mind, but I was going through my playlist and I heard this song, which I added a couple of weeks ago and then thought. “That sounds like it could be good for Lena.” And that’s kind of all really haha. Quite simple. 🤷🏻‍♀️ also the clips and the voiceover the song kind of contrasts in a way because it’s like “I want to change the world.” But then it’s also the music is quite dark and ominous as if that change won’t necessarily be a good one. So I thought Lena, making some choices that in her eyes are for the best to change the world. Won’t necessarily be good.

I think Lena is going to be a villain for a while and I hope Supergirl's writers don't destroyed their friendship. I hope Lena remembers all times Supergirl saved her. For example, when Supergirl flew her to DEO headquarters when Lena was poisoned or the time she was in the plane going down in the ocean with poisoned containers. Please don't Lena go to far that Supergirl/Kara won't forget or forgive.

Awesome edit as always!! 🔥 But I really hope they won't make her become a full-on villain... She's mad (for now) but will eventually understand Kara. As much as I love Katie McGrath playing villains, Lena turning into a ruthless Luthor just like Lex would be a bit disappointing. She had so much character developments going on the last seasons, that making her take the "Luthor path" now seems a bit lazy. 😔

I think that Lena was always destined for a slightly dark path. But her heart is in the right place, I think she just has to process it. She doesn’t want to actually kill or hurt anyone. Well, hurt Supergirl but not kill her. But she doesn’t want to hurt other people, unlike Lex who doesn’t care who has to suffer for him to try and destroy Superman.
