Lena Meyer-Landrut is my namesake and always amazes me how she has changed since being interviewed by Philip Scofield and I loved her then and every time I see her I love her although she speaks English better than | I do and I was born in Britain and she was born in Germany which is nice to speak both languages as articulate as Lena Meyer-Landrut.

That lady interviewer doesn't know shit about music. Satellite has musical iq that's off the charts. Most modern pop songs are just hooks. Her song ties the verses to the hooks and does so during change ups. This song is a masterpiece. And her choreography matches it perfectly. I love lena meyer landrut.

@@Fuzulininhanfendisi I think the lack of choreography kiss happened to be part of the appeal just as the simpleness of the song. What is playing the majority of the song drums and her singing and maybe a keyboard or a beatbox? It is Lena improvising with things like the chicken dance that they're making fun of that made the performance so awesome and I guess you could say our taste doesn't find everything good mutually anyways but what I'm talking about is the play of words the way the hooks are set up and the way they'll versus will come back and play words again off of other words. Now would a medieval Dane or North man or ice lender a Swede think satellite was good poetry? Hell no. But I bet you they couldn't come up with something that had half of it the dance potential and was his lyrical as satellite. Just as many rap songs that have farm Superior verse as far as the weird playing all that stuff goes but most of them do not have a dancing beat to it as rap I don't think it's dance just like heavy metal isn't and the subject of the songs are usually dark and something not fun to talk about. it seems that most of the people here were looking for some super serious song to win music isn't always about being serious in fact most of the time music is about being happy and laughing and having fun and for that satellite is perfect just look at the look of lena's face. Thank you for being so well-mattered while disagreeing with me that's very rare to find on KZbin. I guess I didn't mean choreography because it wasn't no other dancers. I just meantt her moves. When I hear of this band from Turkey it makes me think of the Armenian band that's been so famous lately or something of that nature from its description and I like to tell you that having something so complicated hard and heavy all the time is not always the best sometimes light and simple is as it was proven here. Light and simple with the pretty face beat out the complicated heavy hard deep quite easily. Sorry about this I'm new to Eurovision and I'm not in music theory expert but I think I am mostly right and I'm all right as far as my own opinion goes to myself

Can't speak for the whole of Europe but I assume it is quite similar, but here in Germany we start learning English around the age of 10-11 at the latest. I believe today, English becomes part of the curriculum in the 2nd or 3rd grade of school (age 7-8)

I never want to be racist, (I'm sure it's widely known) the Germans are not known for their sense of humour. So it's surprising to hear that they too like the Brits (and Aussies) watch Eurovision thinking they have a laugh and there'll no serious acts (unlike Lena, who's so talanted). I'm sure the German police officers just like the Australian police - while on the job, don't have a sense of humour. Nice to hear Lena's an all-round animal lover (too).
