Shame Bonnie was surpressed into staying young and always playing the brat, I only grew to like her later in life. Lena however always had that natural talent which was allowed to blossom.

@@JamesRMGaming in the 70s telly used to shut down on weekday afternoons. If someone was trying to repair the telly, the test card was appeared on screen with background music so you could still ascertain that the set itself wasn't faulty. Test card F featured a young girl who looks a bit like young Lena hence my attempt at a joke. No you're not gonna laugh now as the brevity is the soul of wit.

It's not fair that Lena had to pay the price of making g her agent Dorothy Solomon rich. Its her fault that Lena is not around now because she convinced her that she was fat and put poor Lena on a diet which in turn ultimately led to her Anorexia Nervosa RIP LENA X

They are both talented, I think Lena had the edge on the singing, but Bonnie is a fabulous dancer ... who also acts pretty well too. What they call 'a triple threat'

Lena was in a different league when it came to singing.bonnie's mother was a dancer and bonnie put in stage school as soon as she could walk.lena was discovered by a producer,while she on holiday and lena sang for a bag of chips.thats what i call natural talent,no training!stage school was a huge thing for lena,bonnie born into it

@@JamesRMGaming ... I don't disagree with you. Lena was fabulous, but you can't make someone talented just by going to stage school, which they both did. they either have it or they don't, it can't be taught. Bonnie also has it shed loads. I love them both.

Neil looks a bit like David Henesy from dark shadows the 1960’s American television soap opera when he was young But when bonnie was only six years old growing up she looks or represents maybe a bit of a brat I think which makes me feel jealous or for example in just William too or Lena zavaroni with all the costumes makes them look so beauty pageant like which maybe makes me angry Or like Susan Boyle or Judy garland I get so jealous sometimes too.

I can't help wondering if the picture-book phrase "Everybody poops" includes impeccably pretty, ultra-feminine people like Bonnie Langford? And quite honestly, if I ever hear one more time that the flippin' ugly old Queen does that, I'LL scream & scream & scream until I'm sick!

Bonnie Langford looks a bit like a young six year old Disney sleeping beauty I think perhaps it looks like she steals the show or that they might be a snobby but I think perhaps it’s because they’re young it looks like they are spoilt what t people think perhaps but you just need to take a close look I think.

Cringe-makingly, both my dear parents preferred that silly spitting dog (Bob Carolgees' sidekick) to the lovely, fairylike Bonnie Langford. I'm glad opinions aren't always inherited! But fair play to my mother: she introduced me to the Just William books when I was 13, in 1987; they were a great comfort amidst the horrors of schooldays.
