UFC Iodized Salt & UFC Ground Black Pepper to taste
2 packs Silver Swan Wow Sarap All-In-One Seasoning
Set B
4 tbsps. butter
1 pc sibuyas na puti, diced
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup UFC Garden Fresg Pieces and Stems Mushroom
6 pcs. shiitake mushrooms, sliced
4 tbsps. flour
4 cups beef broth or stock
3/4 cups all-purpose cream
4 tbsps. Datu-Puti Soy Sauce
UFC Iodized Salt & UFC Ground Black Pepper to taste

Wow my favorite, kaya lang mahirap linisin at palambutin, thanks Chef Tats ginawa mong simpol. Chef Tats, gawin mo rin lengua caldareta and lengua estofado, grabe ang sarrrrraap!! My Lola used to make them, that’s the last time nakakain ako ng lengua😢. Now she’s gone long time ago, kaya di na rin ako nakatikim. 😢
