There was meeting in the loge between governor and entrepreneur who has brought a case of money to receive some advantage. It turned out (thanks to the copulating couple who accidentally switched on the blue life that there was word "bribe" written on the money and entrepreneur had mic attached to his body. I guess that's why special ops were waiting outside the building: to catch the governor red handed.

There was circus performance, during which female gymnast fell down and the sad circus employee missed the moment when monkey opened hydrogen tank. As a result they crushed in the cage of the tiger, the animal escaped and killed a woman. Meanwhile, in the VIP box there was a meeting between governor of the district who was to receive a suitcase of money for some service, however the person who was going to bribe the high-ranking official had informed police and they had installed a mike on him and packs of banknotes with "bribe" written on them in ink that was visible in the blue light. Unfortunately our frisky couple inadvertently switched on the blue light, so the governor killed the guy who had brought the money and chucked out of the window his deputy, who fell on the windshield of the special force's car, where one of the men was playing with gass grenade. And then the frisky couple inadvertently switched on the volcano, the male gymnast in the costume of ape and the entire building caught fire....
