ABOUT THE VOICE
The four-time Emmy Award-winning musical competition series "The Voice" returns as Queen of Country Reba McEntire claims her red chair alongside last season's champ, Niall Horan, and returning superstar coaches John Legend and Gwen Stefani as they vie to discover and coach the next singing phenomenon.
The show's innovative format features five stages of competition: Blind Auditions, Battle Rounds, Knockouts, Playoffs and Live Performance Shows.
This season, the block returns to the Blind Auditions, and during Battles, each coach will have two steals to use. The Three-Way Knockouts are also back. This time, however, artists will select their own songs to perform.
Once the Live Performance Shows begin, the top artists will compete against each other weekly during a live broadcast. This time, the television audience will vote to save their favorite artists. In the end, one artist will be named "The Voice" and receive the grand prize of a recording contract.

You can see how shocked Gwen was when she saw Lennon after she turned. Lennon is my husband's family's neighbor and he's a sweet talented kid. I hope he goes all the way. He deserves it!!

It's even creepier is he looks like my dad... He died quite a long time ago when he was 30 so the image I have of him in my head is around Lennons current age.. I even sent this video to my mom and she agrees that they look identical even with the piercing light colored eyes his voice gives me goosebumps .

This guy is super talented. Because, although he obviously has a unique and hauntingly beautiful voice, even more rare is his ability to emote in the lyrics, tightly control his runs and pitch, and take the audience to a completely different and magical place. He could go all the way. He’s a dark horse and fully invested in music. Working with people with dementia and Alzheimer’s who connect to music still -despite forgetting just about everything else -shows how powerful and deeply rooted the gift of music is in all of us.

Totally agree. I was really mad he was brought back only to be kicked out. Niall was as rooting for Alexis and because of one exceptional performance he stuck with her. I really thought Niall was blinded and missed an amazing opportunity to foster a star. Unfortunately, Lennons song choice when he returned just wasn’t quite there. The song gets quite big and raw and rough around the edges that he just didn’t pull off. Ugh. So disappointed. I also think Reid Zingale was eliminated WAY too early.

I still don't understand what went wrong. For me, Lennon was one of the absolute best. He more than deserved to be in the final. Outstanding voice! Reminds me of James Blunt, Ed Sheeran and all those wonderful voices

I think he came back with the wrong song 😢 I understand why he chose it but it’s not quite suited for him. He should have picked something in the male singer songwriter folk range that isn’t too rough around the edges. Maybe an Ed Sheeran to appeal to the pop side or an acoustic Radiohead song. Part of it was Niall’s bias - he may love singer singer writers but he definitely gravitates towards female singers and his obsession with Alexis just because she had a few magical moments was blinding him to who was consistently great and could actually make it. Who would buy a full album of Alexis. No offense, but I wouldn’t and she didn’t win anyway.
