He dominated and defeated boxing greats like Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield with considerable ease. He also defeated Vitaly Klitschko, who would later rise to become one of the more dominant heavyweights. His professional record of 44 wins (32 by KO), 1 Draw and only 2 Losses (both subsequently avenged) is exemplary. I feel like he never got the recognition he deserved. The guy who severely out-punched Tyson, out-manoeuvred Holyfield and was never seriously threatened as the Undisputed Heavyweight Champion of the World often fails to make the “Top Ten” lists of great heavyweights.

How to be a well rounded boxer. Having explosiveness, power, speed, agility, footwork, technique, rhythm etc. Like the qualities, the greats had. A training routine or breakdown. Example sprints or long distance running. Hitting the bag or sparring more. And ped use in boxing 🥊.
