It might seem like he’s lip-syncing, but that’s not the case. The reason is that his live singing voice sounds just like it does on his records. If you watch the video closely and know his music, you’ll realize he’s singing live

Wings of Pegasus did a great video on him recently, where he looked at wave forms as evidence, which is not possible to achieve live.

Sad to see Lenny resorting to lipsyncing lately. He has the chops, he can pull it off but he's gone the pre-recorded way. On some cases it's even the album track which is lazy. Quite noticeable all over this tour and some previous appearances.
