Soooo....much....mooooorrreeee.....the director of this video is a genius! I read about her, and she just showed up to his house in Paris the day of the shoot (where they shot this video) and said okay, take off your clothes, we are going to do this now: "Lenny waking up and getting ready for the day". He laughed, said "Seriously???" and then obliged. Such a good sport, doing one for us ladies, lol. He also said he had a lot of fun doing the video, so I hope he works with her again, on behalf of all of us ladies;) Definitely Google for the article to read more.

Start by living around nature, go vegan (eat a whole food plant based diet), work out, have a few good friends and good psychology and you will have a similar result.
