It’s on my to do list, along with a demo with the Lenny Lamb Preschool carrier 😊

Hi! Do you prefer this one or lennyupgrade?

As with many questions to do with carriers, the answer is “it depends” So the Lenny Light fits nicely from birth. The Upgrade tends to fit best from around 4 months upwards. So for a newborn I’d 100% choose the Light. For an older baby, each carrier has pros and cons. The Upgrade is a bigger carrier, height wise, so will last longer. You adjust the panel height on the Light with a webbing adjuster. The Upgrade uses buttons. So the Upgrade tends to be one you set at a fixed height whereas the Light you can adjust once baby is in. The Upgrade comes with a hood and an adjuster to tighten behind baby’s neck. The Light has a magnetic chest strap (the horizontal strap you use when back carrying, or if worn on front with straps straight). The Upgrade as a buckle chest strap So they’re similar but different and each person has individual preferences. Hope that helps!

thanks! I rented the lennyupgrade but feel like the waistband has gotten saggy on that one and digs into my waist a lot - is this a problem with this carrier or is it that this rented carrier has been ”mistreated” you think? I feel like the Isara the One has a much more sturdy wide waistband that does not dig in but stays flat on top of my waist instead which is more comfortable - I want to love LL but a bit worried about the wear/tear of the waistband

Hi Roamy is it possible to breastfeed using this carrier?

So most carriers can be used as a feeding aid - you can watch my demo video here to see how: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rJTJh4Nvi5l0f8Usi=FPj2MMpwQ7x81va9 Until baby has full head control and can sit up unaided, you will need to be supporting them and their latch - so it's not a 'hands-free' option, more of an aid to feeding (to help take their weight).

The waistband on the Light is more structured than on the Upgrade/Preschool so yes, it’ll feel more like the Isara the One waistband than the Upgrade. All the carriers I retail come with a 2 week trial period so if you do want to give one a go you have 2 weeks to use it as much as you like, to ensure it’s right for you. If you like it you keep it. If for any reason it’s not right for you, return it at the end of the 2 weeks for a refund of the purchase price, minus the 2 week hire fee (£15)
