Came here to comment that you don't even need to open up the case to swap the screen, let alone remove the whole screen housing. This will give you a lower chance of screwing something up since you don't go near the board. You can just remove the bezel (easily), pull adhesive strips and then disconnect the 30-pin connector. There are other videos on KZbin showing the method I just described on the E15 Gen 2. I just swapped mine in under 10 minutes. Be sure to temporarily disable battery power in the BIOS settings before doing this.
