I bought Lenovo Thinkplus Livepods Lp40 Pro from Aliexpress around a year ago, now the right earbud won't charge and I'm trying to find a solution how to fix it. Cleaning the chatging case and the earbud did not help, neither did charging the charging case. And since I ordered it from Aliexpress, not the actual manufacturer, I don't think I can do that either.

Mine has its green light always on, but doesn't charge the buds. After I take them out the case, they just make the turning off/discharged sound and that's it.

hey so mine actually started working bk...all i did was left it there to charge for the day since i had school and when i came home and plug it out it and also took the buds out the case didn't light up...hopefully it works for u
