You are welcome, and yes it's upgradable, although i'm using this one with only the stock 8GB of RAM and never encountered any troubles, but sure thing it's upgradable to 16GB for sure and easy to install.

Sure thing, it can take the ITX compatible GPUs and not the full sized ones.

I think you can definitely upgrade the CPU to the i7 variant of the same 12th gen CPU.

I think it's possible, but it's not a gaming PC afterall. yet, you can easily install a small GPU inside like the ones on the ITX small cases. It's an excellent, fast, cool and silent everyday and work PC.
