The USB-C cable detects the full 135W on my ThinkPad Z16. I ordered from the Lenovo Outlet and was given a 65W charger that is not sufficient for my device.

This won't keep the battery up while gaming will it? If the laptop starts drawing 200+ watts, I suppose the battery will just drain slowly?

it does work while gaming for me, I have the legion slim 5 r7 7840hs rtx4060. I have tried roblox and get the same fps with my 230w larger power brick, but I haven't tried any heavier game, take note that even just roblox on dgpu mode gets the 135w brick extremely hot, and the wire i use is usb-c to the rectangular tip

Probally a bit too late but there are multiple cheaper/better alternative such as rocoren 140w but if you really want the same brand go ahead

​@@tunauysal8898 i do not use aliexpress unfortunately(we have our own rocoren could buy one for 30-34$) . also 140w will just do 100w due to it only having 5A unlike other laptop chargers like Slimq , (other chinese brand that i cant pronounce) if you really need more than 100w ( tldr for gaming) you will need something like slim q(not paid promotion lol ). if you're using gen 6 lenovo laptops(

I have Rocoren 140W. If your laptop can't consume 28V you won't get 140W from charger just 100W

Does someone use that charger with legion 5 15ach6h (ryzen 5800h , rtx 3060), does it support full 135W charging? I am asking because using 65W or 90W usb-c charger but during normal operations like web browsing etc, i feel that performance is very very low.

This was just a USB Type-C GaN power adapter. It didn't come with a laptop.
