Rtx 4070 on laptops run on 8gb vram. Cheaper to get a legion with i7 + rtx 3070ti 8gb vram din.

Sir I have two questions:- i have Lenovo legion slim 7i gen7 2022 purchased this with rtx3050ti.if i have two ram both 8gb total 16gb. slot one is solded ram is rx16 and other is changeable (but its allso rx16). so if i remove other and put rx8 . of same dd5 4800mah. will it work? allso speed will incresse? is it a good idea? Allso wanted to know that is it 8bit display or 10bit. Because mine is 8bit...!!! Plz do reply
