amigo recién lo solucione, colocas otro disco duro con un Windows previamente instalado, luego te vas a configuración, Actualización y seguridad, recuperación y luego llegas a una parte que dice fillmware o algo así, llegas al menú de boot y lo dejas en legacy, luego de eso te funcionará el disco duro y te quitará ese menú de boot

Guys its ez i did by myself i just had the same prblm i went went to boot menu and then pressed the option i had and now its working so nicely this is a common prblm and happens with almost 90% of Lenovo users and this happens when u have to activate ur laptop but u just dont know how to and just kept it the way

La solución que yo encontré fue bootear la memoria en FAT32 desde el android y cargar Windows 10 (iso) con la aplicación ZArchiver desde Android con un adaptador OTG, la memoria se bootea como UEFI de manera automática y al conectarlo automáticamente la BIOS la detecta como sistema de Arranque y así se pueden solucionar problemas de ingreso a la BIOS o al intentar arrancar una USB sin tener que entrar al Setup de la Board
