Lenovo Thinkpad StartUp Problem

I have Lenovo ThinkPad P52s. By mistake I reset it's BIOS to default mode. Now it's not detecting the OS inside the SSD. I did everything like Security boot disable, new Linux installation in SSD, boot mode UEFI,LEGACY both but no trick is working. I don't know whats the problem and how to solve it. Please help about this big problem. Thanks.

Thank you! this is a reoccurring issue for me. Would you know why the Bios error would happen multiple times?

@@prayerclosetpieces 1. It depends but when you configure the bios it should be saved and for settings to maintain without reverting back to it default the c-mos battery has to Woking 2. You have to do a fresh installation and by creating the bootable you have to choose what boot system your pc is configured on with

In Start Up mine is set on ( UFEI ONLY) - CSM SUPPORT is set on (No) It won't allow me to change it. I try to scroll down on it it goes past it and land on Boot Mode, I can't click on it at all to change it to (UEFI FIRST) And CSM (YES).

You have to turn off secure boot first before you can change it to CSM
