Lenovo ThinkPad T14 (Gen 5) Review: Ready For Business!

I own a T14 Gen 2, I7 11gen with 48GB of ram, an amazing machine!

For as much as the ThinkPad T series used to be a bang for the buck in terms of longevity and reliability, I've had too many QC issues with the most recent models from faulty WiFi cards, bluetooth/speaker buzzing, and a degradation in build quality. Not to mention, Lenovo STILL starts their base level storage at 256GB and a 45% NTSC screen...definitely not worth the money anymore imo

For the same price Asus vivobook s14 with lunar lake processors looks good, be it display, built quality.

i feel the same.. for me the bigger issue with thinkpads has always been the small battery size

If you do not need the extra build quality and/or virtualization features the 5i is a good consumer grade business machine.

'Technically', just USB4. Amd doesn't have thunderbolt... thunderbolt is owned by Intel.

It does not have TB4, however for all intents and purposes it has USB4 which shares the same protocols as TB4.
