Thank you bro. The T460 is easy to work and to find good screens. Now i use an E480, the screen mounting is different, doesnt have screews and is thinner than standard (WUGXA). I think the T480 can be the same. At least for here, is not being easy to find those wuxga screens with matte finish and ips quality. Never found one compatible with the exact form factor.

Hi! Thanks for these instructions! Did you make calibration? If yes what are actual results in color spaces AdobeRGB, NTSC, DCI-P3? upd: Installed this particular model of monitor on my T460p recently. Actual characteristics read by Datacolor Spyder5 Elite calibrator are (stock IPS monitor value) brightness 185 (165) nits, DCI-P3 77% (46%), AdobeRGB 77%, NTSC 72%, sRGB 98% (≈95%). Although that's not something outstanding comparing to Macbooks, it's a rather good upgrade that worth the money.

Nice! -- QUESTION -- I ordered a used T480 with the FDH/1080P screen. However, the sent the one with a "touch" screen which is a feature I would never use. It is also FDD/1080p. My question is, I can return it and get the one without "touch". Do they both view the same or is the Touch screen worse quality? Please help. I must decide quickly and I think they intentionally stuck me with this screen.

Just keep it. It's the same screen plus touch. Touch is a film over the screen.

Maybe it can, but never saw a 14" screen with 1440p or more resolution... maybe you can find a model with this specs at panelook...
